RESILIENCE Dance Company is hosting open company auditions for the 2025/26 Season.

Sunday, March 16th in St. Louis, MO
9:30am - 1pm: Open Audition
2pm - 4pm: Callbacks
St. Louis Academy of Dance

Saturday, March 22nd in Chicago, IL
9:30am - 1pm: Open Audition
2pm - 4pm: Callbacks

All dancers interested in auditioning must complete the pre-registration form below.
What to Expect:
​
All auditions for the 25/26 Season will be conducted in-person, either in St. Louis or Chicago.
There is no cost to attend the audition
​
The morning will run like a workshop will all auditionees participating in contemporary modern phrasework, floorwork, improvisation, and some partnering/creative process. Dancers who are invited to stay for callbacks in the afternoon will participate in company rep, partnering, and creative process. ​​
​
RDC uses names, not numbers. When you arrive, you'll be given a nametag to wear.
​
We currently have 1-2 company positions available.
Employment Details:
​
Rates: $15 - $16/hr*, W2 Employment. Paid hours include classes, rehearsals, and performances. Small performance bonuses and touring per diems offered as well.
Rehearsal Schedule: Mon-Th 9am - 1pm*
25/26 Season: August 4th, 2025 - May 29th, 2026*
Breaks: 1 week off each for Fall, Thanksgiving, Spring
3 weeks off Winter
Resources and Healthcare: Free access to regular physical therapy, group mental health therapy, and massage therapy; Individual mental health counseling twice a month for a $15/session copay
Performances & Opportunities: 3 mainstage performance series & 4-6 community performances per season
Opportunities to choreograph, teach, and tour

Who Should Audition:
​
We're looking for professional, confident dancers with distinct and developed artistic voices, who are excited to work collaboratively in modern, contemporary, and improvisational dance. Professional experience, strong partnering skills, and college degree or equivalent training preferred.
​
We are excited by artists who are skilled choice-makers, who move with presence and intention, and who show up as their full, authentic selves in the creative process.
